Ovulation or Pregnancy? Tender breasts, mild constipation...

An_248722 posted:
Ive been having extremely tender breasts on the sides, mild constipation (one small movement a day), uncomfortable bloating, semi upset stomach (not nausea, I'm confident it is linked to the constipation issues) and milky discharge. My last menstrual cycle was october 9th to the 13th, which for the last 5 months I have been dealing with a heavier period with intense cramping on the first day. I was sexually active on september 10th, 26th, october 5th then my period began-ended and one last time october 15th. What is really getting me is the breast situation. They are up a full cup larger and so sore to touch. I've been told this could easily be ovulation however whenever I google pregnancy is the first thing that comes up. I am not on birth control and had unprotected sex but no ejaculation inside or him even coming close to orgasm. Could this be pregnancy even though I had a regular, heavy menstrual cycle just 3 weeks ago? Im about a week and a half away from my next one but have never experienced anything like this before? I am 24, healthy, have migraines with auras so thats why I am not on the pill. I feel as if I am due to get my cycle early or something is out of balance completely.
