Hi Everyone!!
I'm currently in my 5th week, and I have noticed that I have some light browish spotting, and every few hours I feel a very light cramping pain in my lower abdomin. I did start having the spotting after a straining session in the bathroom. Is this normal. I feel so odd having to ask these types of questions during my third pregnancy, but the last one was almost 7years ago, and I have completely forgotten the joys of pregnancy!!! Some advise please.

Normal. Spotting in early pregnancy is common and usually no cause for concern unless it becomes heave and/or is accompanied by severe cramping. Minor period-like cramping is normal as well.
