Paint and paint-stripper fumes: how much will effect my baby at 5 weeks pregnant?

I just found today that I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby. One day this week I worked on stripping old finish off a small bathroom floor. I spent about 1.5 hours working on it. The room was fairly ventilated (door open and exhaust fan on and I took a few breaks). I never felt light headed but I could definitely smell the solution. It contains Methanol. On 2 separate days, for 15-20 minutes each, I spray painted a piece of furniture outdoors. I'm less worried about the spray paint because I was outside.
Should I be concerned about the risk of birth defects from any of these chemical exposures? I am on the verge of a panic attack after reading about all of the problems these chemicals can cause. I don't think this technically constitutes "prolonged" exposure but based on the development stage of the fetus at 5 weeks, I am really concerned I've done some damage.

I looked closer at the stripper container - it says it contains methanol and methylene chloride.
