I am 33 weeks pregnant abd for the last 2 months or so my husband has been very stand off-ish when it comes to sex. we maybe have had sex 4 times and its very short and almost awkaward. (at least for me) At the begining it was normal and it slowly has gotten worse to where it botheres me. Not only do I feel bad about myself because there is a dramtic change in my body and I have strech marks and not much to wear but it makes it worse because I throw myself at him and he basically rejects me. I finally asked him what is wrong with me? His reply is nothing is wrong with you I just feel weird knowing our baby is in there and im not comfortable....I dont know if its logical or if I may be over reacting. I still wonder is it really just that or is it really me? Maybe he doesnt want to hurt my feelings. Has anyone else expirenced this problem, is it normal????

My husband stopped having sex at 17 weeks. When we found out that were having a girl. Also since he reads all my books how the baby can hear and feel you. So he said I don't want my baby girl to see or hear what we do. So I just laugh and say maybe after the baby it will be normal. It is so frustrating not getting none.

Its nice to know im not the only one who is dealing with this. In a way its funny but on the other hand its frustrating! He thinks he can as he say "reach her". I tell him he cant but its not even worth fighting over bc he is so sure he is right! Thanks for the advice ladies:)

My fiance wont have sex with me for the same reeason. We're also having a girl and has a list of reasons why we cant have sex. 1)she can her us 2)i dont want her to feel me 3) he might hurt her 4)he doesnt want her to grow up and be some kind of sex addict. Hes a character but i can hold out a few more months

It is so weird after hearing that its a normal thing men do I could care less. I think I just had a complex because it was new to me and so is my body lol! Im so excited for her to be here! I am 34 weeks and I went to my OB today and he told me I am 50% thinned out....... Does that mean I could go any time? I def dont want to go over my due date but I want my little girl to be healthy. Good luck with your pregnancy ladies!!!!!!

reb_hun replied to abh114's response:
wouldn't think so, i mean unless you get to 100% thinned out i wouldn't worry too much. did he say whether or not you're dialated? i'm surprised they checked you already, they haven't checked me yet but i was gonna ask them to at my next appt on friday. is this your first baby?

abh114 replied to reb_hun's response:
No im just 50% thinned out, im not dialated yet. I have an appt in 2wks and at that appt he will check again. They normally check you at 35 weeks with your first pregnancy but I was getting like a "sharp tearing type pain" and he wanted to check. Yeah this is my first baby! Im really excited and ready to get this whole delivery out of the way lol. I bet they will check you at your next appt. Did you go early with your other kids>?

reb_hun replied to abh114's response:
well at my next appt i have my groub b strep test so i figured, why you're down there lol... i don't think i'll make it to my due date this time around, this pregnancy is so different!! no, with my first two i went like a week and a half over with both and had to be induced.

abh114 replied to reb_hun's response:
Lol nothing like killing 2 birds with 1 stone! At 36wks I will get my Group B Strep test. I am always 2 days early on everything bc I calculate my weeks every wednesday and my appts always run on mondays. Do you know if you were thinned out between 34-36 weeks with your othere 2? So are you having any symptoms that makes you think you might go early or do you just have that "motherly instinct" We are almost there!!!!!!

reb_hun replied to abh114's response:
don't remember, don't think they checked me that early. braxton hicks, at least that's what i think they are. didn't have it with the other two, at least not this much. probably that motherly instinct too. woohoo!!! soooo close, less then a month!!

abh114 replied to reb_hun's response:
