have missed my last three periods but don't think im pregnant bc i really don't have any signs. I find myself spitting alot and and now it seems that my nipples are a little soar and itchy. I have missed my period before but not like this. i keep running to the bathroom to see if my period is coming but it has'nt. After all this missed time can it be coming now because of the soar nipples i'm feeling. I'm also 41 and have'nt had a period since i turned 41 so im very scared to find out that i'm not pregant. Was pregant before and did'nt know and had a miscarrige. Someone please help me.

Just because you don't have any pregnancy symptoms doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. Not ever woman has symptoms; as a matter of fact, a regular poster on WebMD was pregnanty with twins and didn't have any symptoms.

Take a test and if it's negative, see your doctor. You may be in peri-menopause.

Morning queasiness and sensitivity to smells can both be pregnancy symptoms.
