33 weeks pregnancy and no sleep need help

since i've been 30 weeks it hard to sleep at night. this is my first baby, cant get my legs to stop moving i get in bed at 10 and dont fell asleep til 5 in the morning. plz help need sleep!

sounds like restless leg syndrome, you should probably talk to your healthcare provider about this. they might be able prescribe or give you advice on something you could do to be able to fall asleep.

Maybe try some aromatherapy? taking a warm bath before sleeping and listening to calming music always works for me. Also, no electronics one hour before you go to bed!
