Could the "Due Date" be wrong?
    GranMaw posted:
My daughter is expecting her 1st child and the dr says she is in her 31st week. I`ve noticed things that make me think she is closer to 36 weeks. She never had a "normal" menstrual cycle in her life, and had ovarian surgery Jan 10, 2012. Is there a way to know if she is further along than her dr thinks?
    GranMaw responded:
I really need to know if she is going to have this baby in 2 weeks,,or 2 months,,or somewhere in between. Her "Due Date" is April 9, but the baby "dropped" last monday/Tuesday. Her colostrum is flowing. She is very fatigued/lethargic. She has extreme pressure on her pelvic bone. hip/upper leg cramps almost constantly. She gets out of bed long enough to eat and use the bathroom for the last 2 days. Her dr told her in January that she`d probably never conceive a child, so she didnt use any birth control. He also told her that she`d only ever had "vaginal bleeding" and had never had an actual "menstrual period". If the due date is calcualted by the date of the last menstrual period, then we really have no idea when to expect her to deliver,,,,can anyone help me figure this out?

Did the doctor date her pregnanty early on via ultrasound?
    GranMaw replied to tlkittycat1968's response:
They said at her first ultra sound she was 8-9 weeks pregnant. that was in august,, i think august 12. her due date is april 9th.

Early ultrasounds are usually pretty accurate.
