So my boyfriend says that he can't have kids, and we have been sexually active for a while...nothing has happened. now i am noticing that i have displayed some signs of maybe being pregnant (i've been light headed, i've picked up a little weight, i have been thirsty, my breast were killing me around my nipple area) but i have also displayed non pregnancy symptoms (i got my period in january, and the pregnancy test said negative) NOW, this month, i started my period which lasts 5-6 days, well, it started then....stopped, i am not bleeding anymore...I don't know where i should go from here. Through it all. he still holds on to "I can't have kids"...should i wait a few weeks and take another test?

I'd wait another few days and test again.

It could be you did not ovulate and usually no ovulation means no period. It's commong and will happen to most women at least once during their reproductive years.

Yes, I agree with tlkittycat: wait a few days before testing again. Try and relax in those next few days too and try not to get too overwhelmed - but mainly, consult a doctor. If you are pregnant, you're bound to have question after question. I suggest you keep coming to these amazing discussion forums, and subscribe to some blogs. I enjoy this one blog, and the article earlier today was something useful for those of us who are pregnant (or not). Basically you can consult a doctor (my vote) without actually having to make an appointment. Read more: http://bit.ly/135rGq8
