33 weeks pregnant and sick

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I am feeling so sick. My symptoms are sore throat, cough, chills, body ache, and it feels like i have a fever but the thermometer says 99.2 degrees farenheight. Also, I had some sharp pains in my abdomen. I don't know if I have a cold or the flu. I don't know if I should see a doctor or not since I called the hospital clinic and I was told a nurse would call me back within 72 hours.

It does sound like the flu. I'd see if you can get in with the doctor sooner than 72 hours.
