Scar Tissue during the 2nd trimester

An_250858 posted:
I'm 25 weeks pregnant and yesterday was told that during my last ultra sound 4 weeks ago they noticed scar tissue very low but were not sure if it was inside or outside the uteris . This is my 3rd pregnancy none of which have been c-sections, however I did have a placental tear at 12 weeks. I have been scheduled to see a maternal fetal specialist for another US. At the moment, I'm going out of my mind not knowing what to expect I have seen forums/postings on lack of growth fetal growth, late miscarriage etc... My US is not for another 3 weeks so any information helps.
