So, I'm 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant right now. I've went to the emergency room twice since I've been pregnant. Once I was have sharp pain in the right side of my chest that got worse when I breathed or moved. All tests came back normal. This last time was just last night. I was at Walmart in the check-out aisle and started getting really hot and dizzy. I almost passed out. My hands and face started going numb and I was seeing spots and my vision kept fading from dark to normal. In the car, I got a really bad nose bleed and cried all the way to the hospital. They ran blood tests (hcG included), a urine test, and an ultrasound. I was hooked up to an IV and had fluids being pumped in me. Everything came back normal yet again. My baby has a strong heartbeat and is growing normally. What could possibly be wrong?????? Anyone who went through this??????

Definitely went through the dizzy spells in the early stages of my pregnancy(completely normal just your body getting used to the increased blood flow) also you might have been a bit dehydrated your body requires more fluids. Unfortunately pregnant women have nose bleeds just from increased blood flow. It sounds like your pretty normal the dizziness should get a whole lot better as you progress just be sure to stay hydrated. If you have more concerns I encourage you to speak to your doctor they helped me a lot as it was my 1st pregnancy. Good luck and congrats!

I'm now 15 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I've talked to my doctor and she said eat often and drink plenty of water and juice.
