Hello, I went for my first ultra sound on the 28th of march and only sac the Gestational sac with no yolk sac or heart beat, I measured to be 5 weeks and 4 days. It was very scary and has made me so worry but everyones saying it was to early. I am not 8 weeks pregnant according to the first ultra sound, I haven't had my second one yet. Ill have that in a week when im 9 weeks, I dont feel pregnant and I dont have any symptoms apart from getting os out of breath and so tired all the time. Im really starting to worry, just trying to stay positive and keep my finger crossed. I know some moms have no symptoms at all and some have the worst, I wish I had the worst so I could at least feel pregnant! Has anybody saw the same at the first ultra sound or felt no pregnancy symptoms at all at 8 weeks. And also I have had no bleeding or spotting so that just be a positive!

Five weeks is a bit early to see anything on an ultrasound. I had my first at 6 weeks and was lucky to see a blob with a heartbeat.

I was one of the unlucky ones and had morning sickness start ring around 5 1/2 to 6 weeks with both pregnancies. There is a regular poster on WebMD who had no symptoms throughout her entire pregnancy while pregnant with twins.
