ive heard that sleeping on your left side works best for when your pregnant; but for YEARS ive slept on my right side/stomach. literally that is the only way i can fall asleep;altho i have tried laying on just my side on my left and right....and all i do is lay is sleeping on my right side/stomach ok later on, or will i need to change?

Believe me, after a certain point, you won't be able to sleep on your stomach.

Sleeping on your right side should be fine.
