35 weeks pregnant with sinus cold:/

im am 35 weeks pregnant and i have the worst runny nose, sneezing, sinus pressure you can imagine. anyone have advice on what i can take that wont harm baby?? im very nervous taking anything seeing how we found out she has one kidney and her heart valve isnt as big as the other one..i also have gestational diabetes too. any advice is greatly appreciated!
