im about 7 weeks along and yesterday I got really sick and threw up all morning and felt sick all day, went to the bathroom and saw some, not much, blood on the toilet paper. not sure what it means.. last feb I was preg but had a miscarriage around this time last time (6-8 weeks along) my blood type is O+ im really scared don't want another miscarriage. not sure how to stop from feeling so sick either. im wondering if my nausea and vomiting have anything to do with the blood???

Spotting in early pregnancy is common and usually not a cause for concern. Given your history of miscarriage, you might want to call your doctor and see what they say.

I agree. I spotted more with my first pregnancy than I have with this one. Try eating some crackers and other bland foods; I've never had morning sickness, so I can't tell you much besides that. Also, take water with you EVERYWHERE you go, and try carrying some kind of snack with you at all times.
