Cervical erosion and childbirth. What should I expect?

AnnaGoncharova posted:
I have a small erosion that only bleeds during vaginal exams. I guess it will bleed during dilation and pushing, but I cannot imagine how much. How much bleeding is a concern? Is it possible that doctors will confuse cervical bleeding with uterine, like from placental abruption? What interventions will be needed during labor and what would not be recommended? I really want my labor to proceed naturally without a lot of interventions, and I would highly appreciated any expert advice. Thank you.
