Could u have developed diabetes? During my first pregnancy at 4 Months I had the same thing. Constantly wanting water and peeing all the time. Checked my blood glucose because my brother is a type I diabetic and sure enough. My sugarwas 500 . The doctors thought maybe it was gestational but having it in my family I knew. I was diagnosed with type I diabetes. Now on my third pregnancy.
