My daughter in law has taken pregnancy test that confirms 1-2 weeks pregnant. She has one child and was told she would need rhogam with next pregnancy. Is it possible she is having her menstrual cycle since it is so early and does she need to take the rhogam injection if she is miscarrying

There is no way for her to have her period if she is pregnancy since a period is the shedding of the uterine lining and if that happened during pregnancy, it would be a miscarriage.

She needs to see her doctor.
