How soon can you feel symptoms?

I had an" accident" a few days ago. When I get up and move around I feel nauseous. Which isn't normal for me. Could this be a sign to me being pregnant?

Way too early. It takes 6-10 days for a fertilized egg to implant and another few days for there to be enough of the pregnancy hormone to even begin producing symptoms.
