How sick is too sick?

This is my 4th pregnancy and I am 6 weeks and 3 days. The nausea began just after 5 weeks followed by diarrhea and now vomiting. The nausea continues all day with the diarrhea and vomiting usually occurring in the evening. I was never this sick with my first three children. My body is beginning to feel weak and fatigued. Do I just continue with the fluids and the BRAT diet or do I need to see my doctor sooner? Is being this sick normal?
Thanks

If you're able to keep food/liquids down, you should be okay. I was fatigued in early pregnancy and I wasn't throwing up.
