I miscarried in September. My last hcg test was September 24, 2013 and it was 2.6. I took a pregnancy test today (October 6, 2013) it said 2-3 weeks pregnant. I never got my period after the September miscarriage. Is this possible ?!? Totally confused, happy and nervous all at the same time! I can't get in with my doctor till Thursday so we'll see..

Yep, totally possible. Remember, ovulation comes before your period so if you happened to have sex around the time you ovulated, you could very well be pregnant.

My SIL never got her period after her second pregnancy due to full-time breastfeeding and got pregnant without ever having a post-partum period. She went two years without a period due to pregnancy and breasfeeding.

definately possible. A lot of women are more fertile after a mc. A friend of mine had a mc and then she ended up finding out she was pregnant again without ever having a period. She now has a healthy 18mo little boy
