The first day of my last period was on September 29. I took a home pregnancy test on November 2 and it came back negative. Is it too early to test?

Possibly. Some women take longer to show on a pregnancy test than others. If you haven't had your period in another few days, take another test.

It's also possible you didn't ovulate and usually no ovulation means no period. It's common and will happen to most women at least once during their reproductive years.
