I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am getting menstrual cramps almost everday. I visited my Dr. and she mentioned the babys head is behind my pelvic bone which is causing all the pain. Does anyone else have this? Sometimes I am scared it could be labor pains.

You will know when its time. You are getting close. As baby starts engaging (getting his head all snug for birth), you will cramp more). When your belly starts tightening and is a bit painful (braxton hicks usually aren't painful they just cause your belly to get tight. may make you short of breath a bit). And they are consistent like 5-10min apart each time. Then go in and get checked. You are in the stage of the never ending uncomfortableness. But your are getting close to meeting your little one.
