    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? It's actually pretty common to lose some weight in early pregnancy due to "morning" sickness.

What I found worked for me was spearmint tea and the motion sickness bands you wear on your wrists.

You may also want to call your doctor. There are medications you can take for the nausea that are safe to take during pregnancy.

take a b complex vitamin in addition to my prenatal. i was told the b complex, i think it was the b3 in it, helps with nausea and vomiting. during my first trimester i would get nausous but never got sick. i still lost a couple pounds because food just didnt sound of smell appetizing. that early on you really wont be gaining much weight anyways, and as long as somethings getting in there and your able to keep water down and not get dehydrated you should be okay! i agree its something you should talk to your ob about, the medications, according to my friends, are really helpful!! good luck!!

Hello, I am 20weeks pregnant and I still get nauseous. I also couldn't keep much down at the beginning of my pregnancy. I looked up all kinda of homeopathic remedies nothing seemed to help. I came across these hard candies that are called PREGGIE POPS they r sooooo helpful I can recommend them and say they definitely do work, I love them and I always keep some around just incase. They have their own website where u can buy them u can also get them at baby's r us and motherhood maternity. Good luck hope they help u as much as they helped me.
