I had my tubes tied 8 years ago my period is 6 days late, I'm never late.
I actually welcome the idea of being pregnant, even had a consult for tubal reversal. Could I already be pregnant? Is it true that fallopian tubes can mend back together over time?

There is a very slim chance of pregnancy after a tubal ligation. You may have not ovulated and if there is no ovulation there usually isn't a period. You may have also ovulated late. That happened to me recently and I got worried with I was four days late; my period came on day 5.

If you haven't taken a pregnancy test, take one. If it's positive, see your doctor ASAP due to your increased risk of a tubal pregnancy.
