Medicines during first 4 weeks of pregnancy.....

I literally just took a pregnancy test and it was positive. My last period was Dec. 16-20. The last 9 days I've been battling a sinus infection. Here are the medicines that I have taken during this time: DayQuil, NyQuil, Mucinex, Sudafed, and when I finally went to the doctor he prescribed me a Zpack and a Codeine Cough Syrup. Keep in mind the doctor, and I, did NOT know I was pregnant yet. Should I be scared that the meds have affected the baby? I'm scared. First timer here.
