    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Hello im new to this
im 17 years old and recently i thought i was pregnant ive been having sore nipples and havent had a period which its strange all my tests are nnegative, so today i went to the toilet found brown/red bleeding i thought ok its my period it was very light, an hour later theres nothing. Im so confused x

Have you just missed one period? If so, that's common. Most women will skip a period at least once during their reproductive years. No reason and usually nothing to worry about.

If you miss a second period and are still getting negative test results, see your doctor.

Also, if you don't want to get pregnant, be sure to at least use a condom each and every time you even come close to having sex.
