Headed to a baseball game tomorrow, and wondering how much I should worry/care about potential listeria contamination from a hot dog. Any experts around with some statistics/information? Thanks!

You may be interested in this slideshow about foods to avoid when pregnant. Hot dogs, along with deli and other ready-to-eat meats, are listed because as you said, their potential for foodborne germs. It is safe to eat hot dogs as long as they are heated until steaming hot and eaten right away. Hope this helps!
