Hypoglycemia

I was told by my midwife that hypoglycemia doesn't affect the fetus. Is this true? Every few days my blood sugar will drop. Today the lowest it dropped was 45, I got it back up to 130 and took a nap. After my nap it was 64. 45 minutes after eating dinner it dropped to 76. It seems like every time I eat something it will be in the 80s for 15minutes then drop to 60-70s. No matter what I eat, it doesn't seem to stay normal for long. Any advice?

That's something you definitely need to ask your doctor. While high blood sugar (diabetes) is not good for you, neither is low blood sugar.
