    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

You don't want to lose too much weight while pregnant. If you are already thin then you shouldn't be losing any weight. If you are concidered overweight, you still need to be careful.

I am not obese but I do weigh more than I should. I lost weight by going to the pool everyday. I would have to say that is one of the best ways to lose weight because it's not as hard on your joints as an aerobic class would be because it gets the extra weight off your joints and it also helps with the swelling in your feet and legs.

Talk to your doctor and see what he/she recommends. Your doc would know the best and safest way to lose weight if you need to.

    Hi AAG89 and Welcome!

Tell us a little more about yourself and we will see how we can help.

How far along are you? Have you gained weight? Were you overweight before becoming pregnant?
