What are some things that you do to relieve your morning sickness and early pregnancy symptoms? From nausea to headaches/being tired. What have you found to work best for you?

Not sure if this will work for everyone, but using an electric toothbrush instead of the manual one, relieved morning sickness when brushing for me

I eat plain salted potato chips in the morning and it definitely settles my stomach.

B6 vitamins help. My doctor gave me something called B-Natal pops. They are suckers made from B6. You can get them from your pharmacist, though they are not prescription. They really help a lot
