    I have cut down to just one cup of tea or a cup of international coffee per day. I don't think i cut out caffeine all together with my other two. from what I read under 250 mg is ok. is anyone else drinking caffeine?

    Oh yeah i do every day, I drink one or two sodas a day and have been fine so far. My doctor said its fine,but to just makes sure i don't consume over a total of 250 mg a day. Sorry i am not a coffee lover so I can't help you there..lol :)

    And honestly working mornings at my job, I am not sure i could get by with out some sort of caffine..well good luck to you!
