Is it okay to drink herbal tea? I am craving a cup of hot tea and I can't for the life of me remember if it is okay or not. I guess I actually have Earl Grey tea in my desk, so can I drink it? I feel so stupid, like I've never done this before!

    I checked this website: http://www.stashtea.com/caffeine and tea.aspx

they say about 40mg caffeine in 8 oz of black tea- so in regards to the 200mg limit per day; I say, drink your glass of Earl Grey, enjoy it. (I'd only drink one though; just in case).
