    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Congratulations on your BFP! Welcome to YOUR community!

My Hubby and I are so excited! We just found out last night that I am 5 week pregnant! :o) However, last June I miscarried during my 8th week. I know that it may not happen again, but I think we are both scared to get too excited.

On top of all of that, I am so very sick! I am nauseous all the time, and I am exhausted. Does anyone know what I can do to help?? thanks!!

    Sarah

Regarding the nausea, don't let your stomach become empty. That's what I keep hearing over and over. Even if you munch on crackers throughout the day, make sure your tummy has food in it, for some reason it's supposed to help with the nausea. Also keep hydrated and take your prenatals with food to lessen any chance of your tummy rebelling against you.

    Congrats mommy!
