My baby implanted high in uterus right next to my falopian tube

I know I had my tubes tide after 3 kids but now that I am pregnant I want this baby so bad and am so scared. Has anyone else been though this? . I also have the same issue, my baby is planted on the top of uterus and next to the tube. It is 7th week. Doctor is advising me to abort the baby. I wanted to know, how was your experience and what did you do in this case? please reply to me urgently
