I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant. My last pregnancy was in October and ended at 6 weeks. I'm very scared right now because I had some light spotting tonight before bed. I can't sleep and I'm terrified because I can't go through that again. Anyone have some advice?

I think it's very, very important to manage your stress right now - not good for you or the baby! Please speak to your doctor about your anxiety.

Do you have any physical restrictions? If not, a great yoga class (google prenatal classes in your area) is wonderful. It helped ease my mind during my 2 pregnancies.

I understand that you are scared - please keep sharing here to get support!

Hey there I had a m/c at about 9wks so when I got that BFP with DS I was scared to heck n back, but remaining calm and telling myself that this time was different got me thru the first trimester. I kept my life going on being super careful of things that could potentially harm baby-to-be but we made it thru!
Keep telling yourself everything happens for a reason and if its meant to be it will happen! I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy!! think happy thoughts, it will get you thru it!
