A little confusion as to what is going on

I am 24 and my boyfriend and I had intercourse 2 weeks ago Saturday and that is when I feel conception took place. I've had multiple pregnancy symptoms however I took 2 negative hpt's and I'm not supposed to start my period until Wednesday and my period is always regular and on time. Yesterday I began spotting and it was bright red and brown with no cramping when I always get cramps. I then took a pregnancy test today that was positive but I'm still 2 days away from my missed period. I'm still bleeding and having multiple pregnancy symptoms. What does this mean? This is nothing like any period I've ever had before.

Spotting is common in early pregnancy. Many pregnancy tests can test positive up to five days before your expected period so as long as you followed the directions I'd say you were pregnant.

I'd call your doctor regarding the positive pregnancy test and spotting.

I took another pregnancy test this evening of a different brand and the one line showed up dark and the other line showed up really faint so I'm assuming I'm pregnant. The bleeding has stopped. I think the line was faint maybe bc my hCG levels aren't strong enough yet or it could be bc I had a ton of fluids today that diluted my urine bc it was pretty clear, unlike morning urine.

I am also due for AF tomorrow. I haven't starting spotting or bleeding, sorry if it's TMI, but I have been crampy since Sunday. They aren't ever really strong but make me think AF is coming. It's really nerve racking. I know I could probably test but don't want to get my hopes up. I want to at least wait until I am officially late. The other rest I don't want to test right now is I haven't been really experiencing any other symptoms as of yet.

Just had to vent a little... its nice to know that someone else might be in the same situation.

It's always nice to have a little reassurance. I didn't want to test either but my boyfriend convinced me to. Ive have 3 faint line positive pregnancy tests and one negative and honestly I have no idea how far along I'd be if I was pregnant. Along with my other symptoms I feel pressure in my lower abdomen and under my ribs and the right side of my ribs ache and I can't even begin to explain to you how much more I eat now. I have a blood test scheduled for tomorrow at 10 to find out if I am for sure. Maybe that's your best bet before taking a hpt since you may get a negative when you're really pregnant

I'm on cd 31 and so far I'm still having cramps off and on like AF wants to start but nothing. I guess I will continue to wait and see what the day brings.

Well still no AF and I'm on cd 33 and still nothing. I finally broke down and tested last night and this morning and I got negatives. =(

So I guess I will continue to wait and see. What about you? What were your blood test results?

My blood test came back negative

it about broke my heart. It doesn't say my hcg levels it just said negative or positive do they referred me to an obgyn so I called today and they told me to go to the hospital for a second blood test so I did that today. I'll get my results tomorrow so fingers crossed.

There's no way I can't be pregnant with how I've been feeling. I just wanna know for sure. This wait is killing me.

Any other news your way? I know it's been a few days since I've been on here.
