newly preg. Question on progesterone

Hi all! i just found out i was preg while waiting on AF to start Clomid. this was a big suprise and was very exciting. I had blood work done and showed a progesterone level of 11.1. Which the nurse felt was a little low. I had an ultrasound done showing 6wks 5 days. We even heard the heart beat. They said everything looked good. They gave me progesterone vaginal suppositories to use daily. I go back in one week for lab. After 4 days of taking them i have seemed to have a decrease in preg symptoms. Before finding out i was having pretty bad cramping and had nausea for 3 days. Now the cramping has stopped which im happy about but im now worried i could be potentially experiencing a missed mc. for the last 2 days no cramping. I figured the medication must be in my system better. Do yall thinking the cramping could have led to a MC and now that it has stopped its good or should i worry? I will voice my concerns next week. Just wondered if any of yall experienced this? Thanks!
