I just got married April 29 of this year. Prior to that date i have not been sexually active (virgin). When we decided to have a family, we did everything right (ovulation calendar, etc.) When I found out I was pregnant we were happy. When they told me that I was to give birth on Jan 29 next year they stated that they count from my last period. I don't know how to calculate this when I have not been with a man prior to the 29th of april.
My second situation is this: food aversions; when do they begin and when do they end? Is it early on in the first month or at another time?

I am very new to this, but I am using this website which has helped me a lot in other areas. Maybe someone out there can answer these two questions.

They calculate how far along you are based on the first day of your last period. This is because unless you are having an ultrasound at the exact moment, the majority of women don't know exactly when they ovulate but most women know when their last period was. It sounds strange but when you ovulated, you are considered two weeks pregnant. If you count from April 29, 2012 to January 29, 2013, that's approximately 9 months.

Food aversions may or may not come for you. Some women have every symptom in the book, others will have some symptoms and not others, while the lucky few will have no symptoms whatsoever. Every pregnancy is different, even in the same woman. That being said, most women beging to get symptoms around 6 weeks.
