Any crossfitters on this board?

I started crossfitting almost three months ago and I'm hooked. I lost 16 lbs so far and feel great. Now that I'm pregnant I'm getting a lot of slack from hubby and sister (she also crossfits). They think I need to stop

Doctor gave thumbs up as long as my body was already used to that level of intensity. My coach is also aware of the pregnancy and has agreed work with me.

Anyone else crossfitting while pregnant? I just want to share some experiences and tips.

Congrats on the 16 lb loss and pregnancy!

I was very active during my pregnancy - yoga (not the sit and chant yoga - tough stuff) and lots of walking and stretching.

As long as you have checked in with your doctor, you should be fine! And I bet your labor will be a breeze.

Here is an article about exercise and pregnancy that you might want to share with your family. There is also a list of certain exercises you should avoid during pregnancy but I'm sure you're already aware of those!

I hope more crossfitters chime in!
