Got a positive test and i have been having a dull aching pain in my right pelvic area....Was so excited now i am worried...any idea. it comes and goes

Lurking from 3rd tri.

Some cramping is normal during your first trimester. As long as there isn't bleeding you should be fine.

Yep, totally normal as long as it doesn't become severe accompanied with bleeding. The aching is muscles/uterus stretching.
