I have been cramping really bad but no bleeding this is my first pregnancy been kinda wearied about it cause i have polycystic ovarian syndrome so i have been trying to be careful and not do anything to hurt the pregnancy....

Some cramping in early pregnancy is normal. It's just your uterus growing. If you have any concerns talk with your doctor.
