Ok, on Sept. 11 I took 2 HPTs (so I'm OCD--sue me!!) and they were both positive. I had gone off the Pill in May/June. First period was normal, next two were early. The first early one only lasted 2 days, I waited a few days and took a test, negative. The next one was 4 full days early, and though the color and flow looked like a normal period, it only lasted one day. Completely gone the next day...that was Aug. 15. Should have started on Sept. 12 if I count 28 days from there, but because of reasons I took the tests on the 11th, BFP!!! So then, since I don't have insurance, I went to the pregnancy care center here for a free test so I could get confirmation for Medicaid. Of course they asked when my last period was. So with that info and the really really really fast, really dark line on their test, the nurse there suggested I come back for an ultrasound tomorrow because she suspects I may be closer to 8 weeks, not the 4 I'm thinking. What are my chances of seeing ANYTHING on an abdominal u/s this early?!

You may not see anything on an abdominal ustrasound so they may have to do a transvaginal one.
