    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Congratulations on your BFP! Welcome to YOUR community!

I am interested in hearing from anyone who has had the Materni T21 PLUS, Harmony, or Verifi trisomy 21 test. Did your insurance company pay for the test? How much was your insurance billed? How much did you have to pay out of pocket? How long did it take to get the results? Thanks

I was at and "advanced age" (over 35) when pregnant with both kids. When tested while pregnant with DS, everything was normal so no additional testing was done. When tested while pregnant with DD, there was an elevated risk of Down's, even with different testing. I had an amnio done and everything turned out okay. My insurance paid for everything and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I don't know how much my insurance was billed.

It took a bit under two weeks for my amnio results.
