they only see the yolk sac

im supposed to be 9 weeks and 5 days along. i went in for my u/s today and all they could see is a yolk sac. i found out that i was pregnant early. i went in for my first u/s when i was 5 weeks and 5 days and they could only see the yolk sac which was really tiny at the time. now they can still only see a yolk sac but its bigger than it was last time. the doctor said more than likely im having a miscarriage but i have had no symptoms of a miscarriage, no bleeding and no cramping. i had my blood drawn today because the doc said if im pregnant hormone levels should double every 2 days so im going back in 2 days to get my blood drawn again but this is killing me. i just want to know. this makes me so sad because i want this baby so bad. he did a abdominal u/s and transvaginal u/s. the only pregnancy symptoms i have experienced is being really tired and sore breasts. has anyone experienced this?
