Question I started spotting brownish pink then 30 mins later red. Is it my period. I didn't think I should start until the 20th

Symptoms for past three days aprox. Pinching on my right side below hip. Cramping mildly off and on. Nausea dizziness.

Please help so I kno to try btr next time.
