Progesterone Levels

I found out I am pregnant on 1/27/2013. I went to the dr the following day to get blood work. My HCg level was 128 and my progesterone level was 15. I went back on Wednesday to get it tested again becuase they wanted to make sure it was doubling the way it should be. When they called me on Thursday, they told me that my HCg level had more than doubled (it was now 325!!!!). However, my progesterone level had gone down to 10. My nurse said they're not really worried about it, since this is my first prenancy and I haven't ever had a miscarriage. She did tell me that she could call me in some progesterone cream if I was worried about it.

I am supposed to be about 3-4 weeks pregnant. I didn't know if it was ok for my progesterone level to fluctuate the way it has and if 10 is low for only being 3-4 weeks along??
