    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Thank you I really am having a rough time with this pregnancy. I am going to try that ovaltine idea..I cant take prenatals only flintstone gummies. And i cant even keep water down..but I have to say that its getting better. Im drinking orange juice and its staying down. I really hope this doesnt come back in the second trimester...

Try spearmint tea. When I was a kid and had an upset stomach with throwing up, that's what my mom would give me. I tried it when I was pregnant with DD and had all day "morning sickness" and while it didn't make it totally go away, it did ease it.

Thank you, i will try the spearmint tea. I did try Spearmint gum but it made me feel horrible and caused me to get sick.
