Do I need another C-section

I'm 35 yrs old, have 4 children already and expecting my 5th. My last child was by an emergency c-section 10 yrs ago cause she was 6 1/2 wks early and my water was completely gone. I've never had any complications during any of my pregnancies except that my last 3 children were all early. Is it really necessary to have another c-section so many yrs later?. And what, if any, complications could arise if I deliver this child vaginally?

It's not necessary to have a C-section this time. You'll just have to find a doctor who is willing to do a VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section).
