I usually get muscle cramps along the sides of my stomach mostly in the morning when waking up. I also work in an automotive factory standing on my feet for 8 hrs but it's not real heavy work and I've been seeming to get really bad cramps or heavy pains in my pelvic area lately the last 2 hrs of work. I believe I'm carrying the baby really low, I'm only about 19 wks along, but is there anything that might help the pain lessen? I still have 4 months to go in my pregnancy and it's going to be a very long one I'm sure. Please help.

I had the same thing. It is most likely ligaments. I also get a pregnancy "support belt" and it helped to support my belly.
